Meditations, visualizations, and affirmations are ancient traditions used to heal, grow, and discover. They are also powerful tools that decrease anxiety, stress, and depression. Studies have shown that regular meditation practice actually changes the brain! Mindfulness practice increases self-awareness and empathy, promotes learning and fresh creativity, and lifts mood overall (Hansen, 2013).

I have had a personal mindfulness practice since 2008 and am certified to teach mindfulness-based cognitive therapy.
